3 blocks are arranged around a private courtyard – one rectangular 6 storey block facing Henry Street, an eight storey cylindrical tower on Kent Street and a low four storey block adjacent to existing domestic scale housing on Lydia Ann Street.
The facing materials are white coloured render, pre-patinated copper and glass sitting over a masonry plinth. A two level car park is provided within the centre of the scheme above which is a landscaped courtyard.
