Falconer Chester Hall are responsible for the development of 80 apartments and 30,000 sq.ft of commercial space within the Henry Street area of Liverpool.

The proposal involved the retention and refurbishment of five existing warehouse buildings together with the introduction of new build elements, providing the Henry Street Area with a development that respects the heritage of the city and does not conflict with its fabric and character, but which in turn creates a progressive development that has its own distinction and style. The development is arranged around a central passageway that interacts with the private stair cores and courtyard spaces of the one and two bedroom apartment buildings within the site. This private central passageway is also the pedestrian point of entry to the underground car park facility to the entire development.
