This mixed use residential and commercial development occupies a prominent gateway location from the northern approach into Liverpool City Centre. The design draws on a “pin wheel” approach to the arrangement of four blocks which capture four key axis onto the site and cascade in massing from 12 storeys on the periphery to 8 on the city centre frontage. The materials palette comprises zinc, stone and white tiles combined with extensive curtain walling.
