Elysian Fields is a new build mixed use scheme comprising 105 apartments over ground level commercial and three levels of basement car parking within the Rope Walks area of Liverpool City Centre.
The brief called for a new standard in design and quality of materials for residential inner city living. These intentions have manifest in a contemporary eight storey concrete framed building clad in granite and zinc with substantial areas of curtain walling.
