St. Johns House is a Grade II Listed Building within Liverpool City Centre, designed by Alfred Waterhouse.
The scheme involved the construction of a new entrance hall and circulation core serving 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor offices, above a restaurant and public house, which occupy the basement and street levels.
