This retail unit created for River Island, met stringent regulations regarding an ‘Archaeological Watching’ brief for Central Lancaster. Developed within an existing 19th Century building, significant care was taken to ensure the refurbishment and extension of the building was carried out sympathetically with the existing fabric.
